1. Using Kamandy

Kamandy AI provides tools for AI conversations, custom personas, file analysis, and media generation. By using the service, you agree to use it lawfully, responsibly, and in a way that does not harm other users, third parties, or the platform itself.

2. Accounts and security

You are responsible for the activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. Please provide accurate information and notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.

3. Tokens and payments

Kamandy uses a token-based billing model. Token balances are consumed according to the activity performed, such as analysis, uploads, or media generation. Pricing may vary by task type and quality level. Purchased tokens are digital service credits and are not cash equivalents.

4. User content

You retain responsibility for the content you upload, submit, or generate through Kamandy. You must have the rights needed to use that content and must not upload material that is unlawful, infringing, abusive, or malicious.

5. AI-generated output

AI systems can make mistakes. Outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing results before relying on them, especially for legal, medical, financial, or other high-stakes decisions.

6. Prohibited conduct

• Attempting to disrupt, reverse engineer, or abuse the platform.
• Using Kamandy to create or distribute unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
• Accessing or attempting to access accounts, systems, or data without authorization.

7. Service changes

We may improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service over time. Features, models, pricing, and availability may evolve as the product develops.

8. Limitation of liability
